The USS Constitution is an American warship and the oldest commissioned warship still afloat. It gained the nickname Old Ironsides after cannonballs were seen to bounce off its wooden hull in the War of 1812. Launched in 1797, it is one of six original frigates authorized for construction by the Naval Act of 1794 and the third constructed.[1]

There, the show introduce the ship located in Boston Harbour, and its history which is first launched in 1797 and is the world's oldest commissioned warship still afloat. Cannonballs were seen bouncing off the ship's 25 inch thick wooden hull during the War of 1812 earning the nickname "Old Ironsides". The show precede stating it is defenseless in the race to survival, along with most of man has built.

Its fate were revealed shortly after the introduction in 9 months after people when the USS Constitution is losing its final battle on the constant infiltration of water, not cannonballs.

Robert Allison stated that wooden ships always leak, thus when the wood starts leaking, it will shrink, expand, and rot. He also stated that the waves might wash over the deck and force it further under, and finally stated that it would only remain afloat for maybe a year/less.

The show reveals that the USS Constitution has defense against water, automatic bilge pumps, which drains 900 gallons of water a day from the ship. But they stopped months ago, and the fate is sealed when the flooding is not alone to drag the ship underwater, the Boston Winter will joins in, causing what enemy warships could never do against the USS Constitution. This cause the Constitution to finally sinks into the Boston harbour, and impacting much of the hull underwater.
