The Chase Tower, formerly known as Valley Center and Bank One Center, is the tallest building in the state of Arizona. Built in 1972, it is 483 feet (147 m) tall. It was originally built for local financial heavyweight Valley National Bank, with which Bank One merged in 1993. Bank One merged with Chase in 2005, and the building was renamed in December 2005. It is 40 stories tall, but the highest occupiable floor is the 38th.[1]

In 100 years after people at Phoenix, the 90-square block business district, once the financial center of Arizona, is a chaos of mud and debris, along with the Chase Tower. Kaley O'Kelly stated that the dust comes through the sandstorms and rain comes through to form and build mud year after year will make a lot different, The mud-filled floors crash and tumble, as the Chase Tower collapse by the piled up debris collapses it from within. The shattered glass will be taken up by the next sandstorm and slice through other structures.
