The California State Capitol is the seat of the Government of California located in Sacramento. The building houses the chambers of the California State Legislature, made up of the Assembly and the Senate, along with the office of the governor of California.[1]

It was introduced in 1 day after people when inside is an action hero once came to preside over the 8th largest economy in the world, there is a about to be a watery disaster big enough to rival any Hollywood blockbuster.
In 3 years after people, the levees of Sacramento fails and most of Sacramento is flooded. However, the downtown area is more elevated but there's still about 5 feet of water surrounding the California State Capitol.
Its fate is revealed in 10 years after people when the Folsom Dam collapse, a large torrent of waves reach Sacramento where it is hit by the wave and possibly destroy it in the process along with the rest of Sacramento.
