The Blue and Green Diamonds are the tallest twin towers and tallest buildings in Miami Beach. The towers, mirror image of each other, share a full service, stand-alone Clubhouse building designed to look like the early mansions of the rich and famous that once dotted the 1920's Miami Beach shoreline. The complex contains a multi-level parking garage with tennis courts atop, a large pool deck overlooking the beach and surrounded by private Cabana Units.[1]

In 100 years after people, Miami Beach, along with Miami, has run out of beach. A century after people have let the Atlantic Ocean to be unopposed, reaching under the foundations of once luxurious hotels, including the Blue and Green Diamond. Tommy Strowd stated after 100 years or longer, the buildings would start to collapse. The Blue and Green Diamonds then fall to each other with the Blue Diamond Tower collapsing into the Green Diamond Tower before toppling into the waiting grasp of the Atlantic Ocean.
