It's bad, I'm telling you. First impression is so bad that it feels action packed, with its tone has change dramatically. Its like when you mix Life After People with Aftermath, but make it more sloppy. The way the experts talks makes me think if they want your attention, it kinda sounds familiar to a certain alien "documentary". I also notice that there are few or NONE of real world examples, examinations, or incidents being used, with the most notable being the exploration of real world abandoned places. This episode also breaks the record of having the shortest timeline in the series by ending it in 100 years, surpassing Holiday Hell in Season 2 which ends at 130 years.
AI is still up there and it feels soulless and lack of consistency. Hell, the collapse of the Superdome was never depicted, the waves feels like an exaggeration, and as a ship person (thank you Kancolle), the Icon of the Seas is literally not depicted correctly. Hell even New Orleans and London, which has already established in the series, gets retcon dramatically thanks to AI if we are talking about the background here. The lack of collapse is also gonna be more concerning. I would want to rant here all day but I rather save it up later.
Its like an insult to the older viewers and a way to please the new younger viewers.
